Traditionally, the top tier is frozen by the couple to be shared at their first anniversary. We do not charge for this cake, nor is it included in the estimate of servings.

We frost exclusively with whipping cream, and can create a "FONDANT" look, but it is still whipping cream. The complexity or the simplicity of the design determines the final cost of the cake. Our base cost is $3.75 per slice.
